Justin Ruljancich started PDX Flooring in 2019 and was able to gain traction during a tough time through quality installations and outstanding customer service. He has been installing a variety of different flooring systems for over 28 years and has completed the extensive Forbo Certification process to become one of the elite few certified Forbo Marmoleum installers. He has the comprehensive knowledge, training, and experience to get your job done right and in a timely fashion. Whether it be a simple room of carpet or a flash coved and heat welded marmoleum job, they’ve got you covered.

There are a number of flooring types to choose from, and an endless amount of designs for each floor type. From marmoleum to engineered wood, LVT/LVP to self-leveling concrete, the possibilities are endless! Justin Ruljancich and his beautiful wife Jennifer are both native Portlandians who live in NE Portland with their three adorable cats. Justin also happens to be a professional Disc Golfer. When he’s not installing gorgeous flooring, you can find him at any local Disc Golf course from Vancouver down to Eugene.

Justin began his flooring career in 1995 and was part of the local Unions for 10 years spreading across the Pacific Northwest. He was recruited by the largest flooring shop in Manhattan and worked on some high profile jobs such as the Empire State Building, the Rockefeller Plaza, and the Saturday Night Live studios. One common thread in Justin’s professional flooring career is his innate leadership skills. He is known for his mentorship to others, his speed, and the incredible craftmanship of his work.
